Setting Up Your DIMhub

Our professional setup service includes everything needed to get your funnel hub launched. We will customize all of your pages with your logo and colors, add your photos, connect social media accounts, DIMhub's messaging & review systems, and add your content you provide us to your site.

When Will I Be Charged

The one-time professional setup fee ($597) is charged the day you open your account. Your first month's subscription fee is included in the setup fee. Your recurring subscription fee will be charged 30 days after you open your account.

How long will it take to complete my DIMhub?

We’ll have your site ready in 5 to 7 business days.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes. After you sign up, we’ll give you a temporary domain, like yourname.designimedia.com. Then once we have your new site all setup and ready to go live, we’ll connect your domain so that’s what customers see (they won’t see designimedia.com).

I need a domain. Can I purchase one from DIM?

We don’t provide domain names, but you can purchase one from a variety of providers and we will connect your domain once your site is complete.

Can I use my current hosting?

Design I Media is a hosted service, with web hosting included with your funnel hub. There is no need to pay for your own hosting after you launch your site with us.

Can I Make Updates To My Website?

Yes. You will have the ability to log into our portal to access your site and make edits to all your pages anytime you want. For example, you can change photos and edit your content.

What's included in the monthly fee?

The monthly service includes your web hosting fee and access to all of the interactive features such as webchat, customer review requests, and auto-missed call text back built into your site. It also includes customer support.

Are There Any Contracts?

No contracts. You can cancel anytime.

30-Day Refund Policy

If you’re not satisfied and would like to cancel your subscription within the first 30 days of service, we’ll give you a pro-rated refund at your request.
